As many of us likely know, when you are working out hard enough, its difficult to know if you are hurt. There is always discomfort, ache, inflammation, pressure, at what point do I go 'yeah this could be a problem'? I worked out for months through a torn muscle out of spite, it got better.
I've had a headache all week, so I'm not going to panic, but I didnt wake up feeling great. I have a ton of inflammation though, because this new work out schedule was for sure doing its job and pushing me.
Sigh.
