Incline Dumbbell. 70, 80 and then the mistake. 85 x 10.

I was looking at the racked weight, and my goal is 100's before end of year, and the only way to get there, is keep lifting more, so...yeah. Bit of a headache after that, but some guys were using the incline benches most of my workout, and that just ended up being when I could do it, right at the end lol

As many of us likely know, when you are working out hard enough, its difficult to know if you are hurt. There is always discomfort, ache, inflammation, pressure, at what point do I go 'yeah this could be a problem'? I worked out for months through a torn muscle out of spite, it got better.

I've had a headache all week, so I'm not going to panic, but I didnt wake up feeling great. I have a ton of inflammation though, because this new work out schedule was for sure doing its job and pushing me.

Sigh.
 





Legs Day 2. Glad to be done. Everything was good, got it done in less than hour, but my legs are tired from Tuesday, and honestly the Sauna on Saturday. Its still hot as hell here, humid, and I'm DONE with Summer lol.
 

Weight stable but I've been pretty much off exercise all week. Have had conflicting commitments shortly after work, low energy and seem to need more sleep in the mornings. But I made myself get in bed earlier last night and was able to do my morning exercises today. Going to try to motivate to hit the gym after work, before the NIN concert this evening.
