Sleep is amazing.Even fat loss happens while we sleep? Its the same mechanism as muscle growth? Man, I've been digging in and learning today.

Between my move and then coming down with the flu I haven't been able to get back to the gym since the 23rd. I'm getting stir-crazy wanting to go back, and very envious reading your updates.
First noticed I was genuinely sick on Wednesday, with fever peaking Friday or Sat (time has been a bit blurry) around 103 (one thermometer read 102.7, the other 103.7). I'm improving and back to remote work today, but still not ready to be around people or exert any hard physical effort. Fingers crossed for later this week!
