Training today. Soft kit.
Grappling for warmups, arms, then kicks and takedowns.

Dominance workout, burpees, lunges, glute bridges, jumping squats, leg flutters, planks and one other thing I’m forgetting, two rounds one minute each exercise.

Then buhurt takedown training on the rail. The bulk of our training. Hard work.

I hadn’t slept most of the night so it was a challenge but it was productive.

Going to do it again in armor Tomorrow.

I need to pound that into my consciousness. I'm just sitting here watching videos post workout thinking about Monday, but I need to keep in mind that improvement happens only with rest.

Between my move and then coming down with the flu I haven't been able to get back to the gym since the 23rd. I'm getting stir-crazy wanting to go back, and very envious reading your updates.

First noticed I was genuinely sick on Wednesday, with fever peaking Friday or Sat (time has been a bit blurry) around 103 (one thermometer read 102.7, the other 103.7). I'm improving and back to remote work today, but still not ready to be around people or exert any hard physical effort. Fingers crossed for later this week!
