Paradigm Concepts to publish Adventure/Sourcebooks for Spycraft and L5R

Hello Bolen,

We're awaiting final approval from AEG on the product proposals, so I can't really give you any details as yet.

What I can say is that the ones we products we have planned are not set in the Shadowforce Archer camapign setting, but rather for use in any Spycraft-type campaign.

The products will be a mix of sourcebook/adventure, making it a valuable tool for the GM even after the adventure has been played through.

We will be posting details as soon as we're able.

I can, however, confirm that Veronica Jones, who has done the previous Spycraft books to this point, will be doing our first two covers. We think it important to keep the look and feel of our books in line with the high quality of the other AEG Spycraft
products.

Best,

That is an excellent decision - are you going for a similar layout inside?

A question: The old L5R books had a certain feel about them, it was not the rules or even the stories, it was more the layout, art, font, etc. that gave L5R a certain unique feeling (and i'm not even talking about the excellent content). I kind of miss that with the newer L5R (D20) books, are you keeping in line with the current AEG line, or will you use your own layout for L5R?

Spycraft and L5R layout questions

Hello,

Thanks for your interest in the series.

I think this may be one of those times where I can make both of you happy. :)

DPMCalister - Yes, we have been asked to follow the same layout style for the Spycraft books. As an aside, I just saw the first cover from Veronica Jones and it looks SPECTACULAR!! I'm sure you'll be impressed!

Cergorach - L5R is a slightly different matter, as we are not producing 100% sourcebook products. Although we will be keeping the same Trade Dress, we have a bit more lee-way with the interior, so expect a more nostolgic look.

Best,
