"Parry" magic weapon descriptor came from what source?

I have looked through every 3.0-3.5 book that I own and I believe thats all of them and I can't find the Weapon magic ability "Parry" in any of them did I just miss it or was it in a dragon mag. etc.

I know that the "parry" quality gives a +1 insight bonus to ac but I wanted to read the entry if possible so if anyone remembers/knows where it was listed please let me know.
