More data is needed, as the subclasses and build for druids and bards can be radically different from each other in play. Did the paladin, druid, and bard *want* to heal any? Are the latter two caster/ranged build or melee? What sort of character ideas did you have in mind (not builds, roleplaying)? What are the backgrounds/charactercharacters for the other party? What sort of campaign?

If I'm reducing characters to their raw stats (something I am loathe to do), I'd probably say rogue or wizard, depending on if the bard is more a caster or physical combatant, respectively.

Paladin, Bard and Druid is team "We Win D&D"; any classes added to this is candy.

For my vote, I submit Mastermind Rogue. Using a Cunning action to grand Advantage to anyone within range is fantastic. Has the option to melee or range for damage.

If the party doesn't want to focus on healing, suggest taking Healer feat and being a non-magical Battle Medic. 1d6+4+(character level) healing per person per short rest from a Healer's Kit (10 'charges' for 50 gp) is pretty darn good. The Rogue can use his Cunning action to slip around the enemy unhindered (Disengage) and 'slap patch' someone in combat (Action).
