D&D 5E Pathfinder Conversions

Just wondering how people would convert the following items from Pathfinder

Akhentepis Armor
+1 Staunching Padded Armor, Once per day +3 to initiative check.

No idea what staunching is its an anti bleed effect. I'm thinking advantage on death saves when reduced to 0 hp and 1/long rest advantage on initiative rolls. Padded armor is a bit different in PF so I'm thinking of either making this leather armor or +2 padded.

Scarab Shield
+1 Lt Steel Shield
1/Day +2 save vs fear/death effects for 3 minutes, when the effect ends you get a cure lt wounds effect
Swarms DC 11 Wil save or avoid you.

5E?

+1 shield
As a bonus action 1/long rest advantage on saves for 1 minute, cure spell when it ends (1d8+3)
DC 11 Wis save for swarms or be frightened

Not 100% exact Pathfinder stats but I paraphrased it.

The padded armor I would make leather and not make it +1, but just +0. Give the staunching power some healing the first time/day the wearer is knocked below 0hp. You can make the healing based off their hit die of the wearer, or make it a flat amount such as 1d10+4. If you make the AC bonus +0 you can make the bonus to initiative a flat +2 all the time. Most likely the armor is being used by a thief or second line person like a shooting ranger, so the other powers make it more desirable over the AC bonus.

You could replace "staunching" with necrotic damage resistance. Sword of Wounding does necrotic damage.

The scarab shield should probably give advantage on fear saves. Depending on how powerful you wanted it to be I would probably make it permanent and drop the cure wounds effect. Pathfinder tends to make things overcomplex. The other effect should work like Sanctuary - the swarm makes a DC 11 wisdom save if it tries to attack you, if it fails it has disadvantage.

Both items should require attunement,
