First time Pathfinder player looking for a game in which I can start the long road to perhaps becoming a GM one day
My only experience of PnP RPGs comes from my D&D video games obsession, and a long time roleplaying in NwN PWs with an emphasis on recreating the PnP experience.
I have read through the essential texts (Core, APG) and am eager to jump into a suitable campaign with a GM willing to cater to a newer player; perhaps even bringing in a willing friend or two if the opportunity arises. My preferences lie in a story driven game, and although not against a combat centric experience, I don't think it would be my forte. I have read through a number of Adventure Paths and would be more than happy to give one a run through; most of what I've read has been of a really high quality.
Would prefer a game utilising some illustrative tech (a virtual game table etc); I have overseen a few games over IRC and through forum posts etc and didn't really feel it. Skype is always welcome for the social aspect.
I have a great deal of free time over the summer and could easily make myself available for scheduled playing times. I'm in the UK so GMT playing times would be preferable, but I wouldn't rule out a late night.
Thanks for reading and I hope there's a GM out there who'd be as excited as I am to get a game going!
