Is it? You might be right, but frankly, the same goes for them in all ways: They have had money troubles lately and are distributed by PRH.

I honestly can't keep track of how often Licenses switch between them. Even (creator owned) Usagi Yojimbo left Dark Horse for IDW and then came back to DH a couple of years later.

Yeah, I believe KDW lost their D&D license and Dark Horse picked it up to fill the Conan-shaped hole in their lineup.

Slim hardbound. The manufacturing defect was in the hard covers

Ahhhh, well they should have went with softbound and we would be using it right now.

well, you might, but I am not a fan of softbound rpg material unless also in a smaller format as they just will not sit side upright on a shelf.

I want to say I've seen 3E books with more "warpage" than that. Nothing a couple of days under the holy trinity wouldn't fix, at least.

So PAX has started and there’s still nothing on the schedule about a D&D panel or announcement. So if they were dropping any secret hints, they did such a good job that no one will likely see their announcement.
