Cool, thanks for your approval. :)

Can you do me a favor? Email me back that armor from the Underdark book I sent you? I think it was something serpent.

I don't have the email anymore, but it was nightscale, 1000 gp cost, no armor check, 5% spell failure, +2 armor bonus.

They're both slotted items; I don't particularly care where an item is slotted, so long as it makes sense (no circlets of striding and springing, for example).

Also, I'm not sure how much leveling we will be doing in this game... (Guessing slim to none as PbP games go very slowly.) How do you feel about having more than one PrC as I'm close to finishing this one and I've yet to find epic advancement for it...

I can't think of anything to orginal... Just age old "friends" which is really nothing more than a off of Dragonlance Chronicles...

I'm leaning towards playing the Cimmerian instead of the Sorceress.

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out why the Sorceress would be in Sigil. Her power is such that she could easily travel to her home, and my recollection of Sigil is that it is a relatively unpleasant place to live, and she wouldn't want to live permanently in Sigil.

For the Cimmerian, his reason for being in Sigil is straight-forward. A wizard summoned him through a gate (he came through naked and unarmed). The Wizard told the Cimmerian that he would have to do a task in order to be returned to his home world. The Cimmerian refused (he never works for wizards) and strangled the wizard. The Cimmerian is now in the process of trying to find someone who can send him home (someone who is not a wizard).

The Cimmerian hasn't found a way home yet, so he is spending a fair amount of time drinking and brawling in the local taverns.

It works for an individual background, but doesn't explain why he's with the rest of the party.

I really no knowing of any plane other than the prime and the negative... (Undead) I'm pretty sure Sigil is a town, might be THE town, in Planescapes but beyond that I know nothing. I'm not even sure how my character will fair to be honest...

Well it does explain quite nicely why we have no arcane magic in the party... ;) He must have strangled the last one. :D

Someone who knows the setting better than me would like to help me on my spell selection I would be very appreciated... I don't do magic users... often if ever.

If you give me the spell list for the Favored Soul, I can help you.

Wow I hadn't noticed that yet. Weird! This will be quite interesting indeed. Maybe we're a group dedicated to hunting evil mages then? We each have some kind of vendetta against arcane magic users?

Maybe, but my character (in addition to most of the other characters, actually) is a bit dependent on the heap of magic he has to be going around denouncing arcane magic. Though we could definitely base something around the idea that we have no pure arcane magic. I can't think of anything right now, though, sorry.

I can't see my character having a vendetta against anyone... Theirs too much good to be saved... Though one does not always have the luxury of time to redeem it.

PA I'll post the info in a second. :)
