PC Building (Help needed): A Sword and Soft Style Martial Arts Combatant

I am trying to make a PC roadmap for a PC that will weild a sword (either long or bastard, depending on questions asked in another thread), while dual-weilding into soft-style martial arts moves from Oriental Adventures (i.e. various pressure attacks, defensive throw, grappling block, etc.). All OA rule changes regarding the Monk apply) It seems to me that that might be quite an effective and theatric style to use.

I am thinking:

1) Monk 1(Feats: Improved Trip, Dodge, Virtual: Stunning Fist, Improved Unarmed Strike (1d6) Other: Evasion)
2) Ranger 1 (Virtual Feats: Ambidexterity, Two-Weapon Fighting, Track)
3) Monk 2 (Virtual Feat: Combat Reflexes (Subbed for Deflect Arrows), Feat: Defensive Throw)
4: Fighter 1 (Feat: Pain Touch)
5: Fighter 2 (Feat: Expert Tactician)
6: Fighter 3 (Feat: Weapon Focus (Unarmed)
7: Fighter 4 (Feat: Weapon Specialization (Unarmed)
8: Fighter 5
9: Fighter 6 (Feats: Improved Grapple, Improved Critical (Sword))
10: Fighter 7
11: Fighter 8: (Feat: Choke Hold)
12 Fighter 9
13 Fighter 10: (Feat: Expertise)
14: Fighter 11
15: Fighter 12 (Feat: Improved Disarm, Grappling Block)
16 Fighter 13
17 Fighter 14 (Feat: Extra Stunning)
....?

Any better ordering of feats? and yes, he will have extreme ly high str and wis...
