Figured I'd try you folks before wrestling with customer service.
I'll try and give as much information as possible. Basically, the title says it all. My 360 is wired to my router (Linksys WRT54G) and the internet connection works fine. However, the Xbox does not recognize my PC, which is connected to the network wirelessly. Nor does the PC recognize the 360. When I go into Windows Media Player 11 to set up Media Sharing, as I understand it there should be a list of devices with which I can share my files. But the list is completely blank. I've tried the Zune software as well, but neither actually sees the Xbox as part of the network. A friend and I tried a few things: reset the router, opened up all the necessary ports, changed router channels. Nothing's worked. Each device acts as if the other isn't there. It's really strange, and I'm totally stumped.
