PC's Name is Funny/Disparaging Slang

In one of my campaigns, a player rolled up a halfling thief named Coitus Smallback.

It is, to this day, one of my favorite character names. The player knew full-well what it meant.
 

We have a running joke in our game whereby we're introduced to a new NPC, someone makes a joke about his name (normally fairly weak) and just as the laughter is subsiding someone else looks down at the table and mutters "Serious game, serious game, just carry on" under their breath.

There is also a high innuendo quota round this table, which has lead to our other running gag:

"He's NOT that kind of Bard!"

Occasionally turned into:

"He IS that kind of Druid/Knight/Pirate/Wizard/Dragon etc!"
