OOC:

Plan A: Let's say, we send the psicrystal alone again. He awaits near the Shrine. When he hear a Message casted throught the Scrying spell cast by Tenebrynn, he enters the shrine. That way, we can see all it can see.

Plan B: We let Vanitri do the job. I suggets he go with the psicrystal, so if osmething happen, the psicrystal will have a chance to report it. We gives Vanitri all the tolls he need to do his mission successfully (cast spells on him, give him some via Imbue with Spell Casting Ability, lend some magical item, like my hat of disguise so he can look like an elven scout, ect... )

Plan C, the crystal goes it alone, and we hope it's able to do everything needed. That was my take, at least.

OOC: FYI, part of Vanitri's reservation of sneaking ahead was my RL time constraint issues. He'd have less reservations normaly.

Vanitri goes in, carrying the psicrystal so that (at least within 1 mile) we can keep in communication.

Does that seems fine with everyone.

The groupd wait the next day to send Vanitri.

Vanitri will have:
- Affected with the Status spell to know a minimum about him
- Affected with Imbue with Spell Ability to have the possibility to cast: Silence, Comprehend Language and Sanctuary
- Affected with a Nondetection (after the Status spell has been cast) so he can be hardly detected by spells (that include detect magic).

Vanitri will travel the first few minutes on a Phantom Steed that will be invisible and silenced, just as him, so he can cover as much distance as posisble in a quick moment without beeing detected.

Also, Rinaldo will lend his Hat of Disguise (so he can take the shape of an elven scout) and his Lady's Shoes (Dimension Door, 5/day, that can be really usefull)

Ironwolf's psicrystal will travel with Vanitri so we can keep in touch or it can report.

How does that sound?

(OOC: I'd point out that the Phantom Steed would set off Detect Magic even if Vanitri was Nondetectioned. You might also consider a Misdirection to an elven scout if he wants to disguise as one. Also, if he gets close to an enemy, it's obvious that there's a globe of silence around if that spell is up, since all sound stops.

Rule issue regarding Imbue with Spell Ability: "Only cleric spells from the schools of abjuration, divination, and conjuration (healing) can be transferred", so Silence isn't a valid choice.[/sblock]
