Ooo...I still remember that "what can make a man want to change himself" speech from the Segal film where he's the native activist and he's beating the crap out of some guy in a bar. I have blocked the name from my mind.

Wait... isn't that every Seagal film since Under Siege 2?

Samuel L. Jackson's "Man vs. Nature" speech in the abysmally bad Deep Blue Sea, which is completed by a moment's dramatic pause, and then him being snapped in half by the mutant genius shark. It totally cracked me up.

That would have been my nomination. It's the first one that popped to mind.

The only really bad speech that come's to mind is Arnold's prayer to Crom in Conan the Barbarian. Just poorly written and didn't fit the tone of the upcoming battle at all. A pity because aside from that I thought it was a really great film.

Really?! Because I consider Conan's prayer to Crom to be one of the best movie speeches of all time. It still gives me cold chills whenever I watch that scene.

No, not really, I agree its a pretty cool speech. I just posted that because of all the people ripping on Sam's *great* speech at the end of Two Towers. I thought it was a perfect endcap to the second LOTR movie, and it gets me everytime. And if you disagree, "den to HELL with you..."
