Okay, I've not spent much time in this forum ever. And by ever, I mean the whole time that I've been registered here.

But I just have to say that I was drawn here by the promise of this place being for those who want "no talk of pirates" or something like that. The forum's been changed for all of about 20 minutes and I think I'm going to simply not log on for the next 24 hours. Annoying! Even reading the fake forum titles makes my eyes bleed!

Anyone want to sympathize with me? Anyone want to shout me down?

Please, please tell me this will go away in 24 hours!

I really wanna say something piratey but then part of me wants to recite Shatner's Saturday Night Live speech (modified slightly) to scold you for not being in the spirit. It's only a silly little day, and you are on a gaming forum, so it's kinda like going to a Sci-Fi movie and complaining about the lack of reality.


Hmmm, I wonder which of our fellow posters will try and show up dressed like a pirate for work tomorrow? Think of all the lawsuits when one of em refers to the ladies in the office as "wenches" and threatens to give em a broadside.
