Planar Planetarium?

On page 161 of the DMG, there's a great picture of a model of the planes. Does this model have an official name? If not, what would you call this thing? And, perhaps more importantly, can anybody find a picture of it online?

I believe the technical term for that would be an orrey.

Forgot an 'r' there. It's an orrery. Very useful for plotting the alignment of multiple planes, especially when you're trying to predict the conflux of elemental energies from conflicting realities.
