Meh, they're ok. Some are all the time, some are only durring shifting. There are better ones, but there are much worse ones too.

I'd say yes, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I realised I actually grabbed this one from my little brother last time I was home, so I looked at the Shifter feats and they don't seem abusable in any way. I'll YES those three at least, but not enough time to look at the whole thing, especially since the layout makes it terribly hard to find stuff (the Shifter feats required looking at the index for Shifters and then guessing until I found the right entry).
