D&D 5E Please help me find this product

I seem to remember reading either a review or recommendation within the last month or two about a third party supplement on diseases and/or poisons which was written by someone with a medical background dealing with the topic (edit: If I recall correctly, what I read stated that the author worked with infectious diseases) . For the life of me, I can't remember the product or where I came across the review. Is anyone familiar with such a product?

Thanks for the reply. I love the work of David Gibson. He is [MENTION=37579]Jester David[/MENTION] here at ENWorld. I just bought his Variant Rules pdf and the Diseases & Poisons pdf that you linked is already on my list of products to buy (I have the version from his blog which is really good). However, I don't think that was it. I don't recall him working in the medical field. I am pretty sure that what I read had stated that the author worked with infectious diseases (just not 100% certain). If it was Jester David, hopefully, he will comment.

I did do some research into various diseases and tried to make the symptoms kinda/ sorta match their real world equivalents. But I also tried to vary up the effects rather than repeat what an earlier disease did, so it's not always accurate.
