Polearm Cheat Sheet

I totally spaced on the Guisarme-Fauchard-Boehmian Earspoon, but I spotted that Glaive-Glaive-Glaive-Guisarme-Glaive from a mile away.

I got 15 out of 22, but I should have got 17 or 18. I accidentally forgot to revise my Spetum / Partisan choices on my pass-through before submitting, and I missed Bill Hook in the list of choices, so I went with bill-guisarme even though I knew it wasn't right.
