One of the April gags this year (I assume?) is an humourous quiz about polearms.

Take it, and tell us how you did. Please be honest.

I got 16 on my first go, without cheating.

I got 15 out of 22. Surprisingly, I was able to tell the difference between a spetum and a partisan. Unfortunately, I confused my glaive-guisarmes with my glaive-forks--a rookie mistake I know.

Many of them I had an instant flash of inspiration along the lines of, "Oh, that's obviously such-and-such!" I haven't even thought of many of those since a friend and I did a 6th grade project on polearms back when the AD&D PHB came out. LOL.

Unearthed Arcana happened to be in arm's reach, so I cheated.

And I still only got 21/22 because I put Pike when they were looking for Awl Pike.

And I got 9, mostly screwing up the Glaive-Guisarme-Voule combinations.
