Been awhile since I posted an update. I've just launched a Kickstarter for Issue 44 of Populated Hexes Monthly. This issue introduces the kingdom of Negrorn, a domain of the dead ruled over by seven lich-lords, as well as rules for advancing your character beyond the standard level limits.
