maybe,
but it's an extra attack, and I like it most for barbarians, unarmored, but still using shield in rage.
I think it would be balanced as a sword and board option (no feat required). You don't have the Nick property and it wouldn't work with dual wield mastery either because its not considered a light weapon. Be fun on a barbarian for sure :)

Sensible Stealth (2024 feat)

You ability to hide conforms to common sense expectations and doesn't require flipping to three different sections of a book and arguing over corner cases. This gives you the following benefits:
  • When you take an action to hide, you do not make a check immediately. Instead, make a Stealth check when you risk being discovered, opposed by Perception of a creature that might discover you. It's more like a saving throw, savvy?
  • When you hide, you don't become Invisible (neither cantrips nor spells like faerie fire reveal you). Instead, creatures you are hidden from either don't know you are there, don't pay attention to you, or don't know where exactly you are positioned. Creatures you are hidden from cannot target you with spells and effects requiring sight.
  • You may be hidden from some creatures, and not from others. "Hidden" is not a universal state - it is relative to positioning and circumstance.

My only query would be the 1d6 damage die. If Polearm Mastery is still a feat, did that get moved up to 1d6 in 5E24 as well for its bludgeon other-end attack? Because in my opinion a Bonus action shield bash should be equal in damage to whatever the Polearm Mastery feat has. One should not be more effective than the other I don't feel. But other than that one question, everything else seems fine to me.
Id go super simple: When you take the Shove action or when you shove a target as part of your attack and you are wielding a shield, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to your STR mod + the shields AC bonus if the target fails their saving throw.

Seems off-brand to boost sword and board damage.

I'm not sure if it's better than the bonus attack from 5E PAM when wielding a one-handed spear. Note that if you have the Duellist fighting style PAM allows the +2 damage bonus from Duellist but this new feat does not.

Balance wise, adding a bonus action 1d6+Str is fine.

I just feel like shield feats should boost defense.

One day, I hope to actually play DnD.
Continuous Offense
Prerequisite: Extra Attack
If your character has not used their Action on this turn to attempt to deal damage to another creature in any way they may take the Attack action with their Bonus Action, They may make a number of attacks with this Action equal to half their ordinary number of attacks rounded up.

something like this i'd like, however i really don't like that for most characters this won't be a viable pick until 8th level as EA comes in at 5th right after the ASI pick at 4th, but i can't think of any other way to balance it that wouldn't leave it vunerable to poaching by single attack caster classes, and i specifically worded it the way it is about rounding up to play to fighter when they get their second EA at 11th level.
