Power Attack + Crtical Hit

Is the damage bonus from the Power attack feat multiplied along with strenght etc. durring a critical hit.

Example
Fighter with 18 strength using a Greataxe (TH) would normaly do 1d12 + 6

If he uses the power attack and takes a -3 to hit be can add +3 (+6 in 3.5e) to damage for a total of 1d12+9 (1d12+12 in 3.5e).

If he scores a critical hit does his damage become 3d12+18+3 (3d12+18+6 in 3.5e)
or
Does it become 3d12+27 (3d12+36 in 3.5e).

In Short, is the damage from the power attack feat multiplied?

Is this cleared up anywhere?

Yes it is. All damage is multiplied except extra dice like sneak attack, flaming, etc.

If you give a man a fire, he'll be warm for a day.

But if you set a man on fire, he'll be warm for the rest of his life.
