Power Recharges

Monster Manual talks about Recharge Powers, but to me, left a doubt: I need roll just once to recharge all powers or roll a time for each power?

When I read the text I thougth that is once per power, but a player's ask me and make me confused about the interpretation.

And Vickrin, I believe that some DMs could use one roll for all recharge powers just to speed the game, but I don't know if it will result in some unbalance.

I thought it was just once per creature...

It is suggested as a way to speed things up.

When that is said, I recommend chosing 3 dices of various colors (I use green, yellow and red, as a signal light). That way, if a monster has multiple powers that could possibly recharge at the same time, I just roll all the dices and I know that the green die is linked to the first power (that can recharge), the yellow is linked to the second power, and the red to the third.

It works well for me.
