It looks like a nice piece of work, Phil (and the formatting is very elegant). This would make a great companion piece for anyone who has any of the Assassin's products out there (and also great for most games that use any amoutn of poison in play).

I wish I had known you were trying to cook up something like that. We could have used those poisons in Pale Designs: A Poisoner's Handbook. It is probably the most comprehensive poison collection in a print product to date and your stuff would have been great to have had in there. Even so, your pdf will make an excellent tie-in companion to it. When PD comes out in January, I'll make recommendations that readers download your document as a complement to the book.
