These are the guys who gaurd the most hostile border of your country. Enjoy.

Border Legion

These are the men and women at Harkonen under the leadership of Battle Lord Dokken. They are the first line of defense on the most volatile border Caladonia has. They have a long line of history and it is very important to them. They were the first official armed force that Caladonia has. They were in charge of defending the Troggen border before Caladonia was officially a country. The Dokken family has always been in charge of the Border Legions.

Weapons and Armor: The Border Legion is proficient in all types of Armor and Shields. He is also proficient in all simple and martial weapons.

AC Bonus: This is a dodge bonus to AC. Whenever the Border Legion would lose his dexterity bonus, he also loses this bonus.

Dual Strike (as the feat from Sword and Fist): If two people with this ability (like two Border Legions) both flank the same target, they each get a +4 bonus to strike instead of the standard +2.

Endurance (as the feat from the PHB): The Border Legion gains a +4 bonus to all rolls that involve physical activities over a long period of time.

Improved Alertness: The Border Legion gains an additional +3 to spot and listen checks. This stacks with the alertness feat.

Uncanny Dodge (as the rogue abilities of the same name): At level 3 the Border Legion never loses his dexterity bonus to AC for being caught flatfooted or by being attacked by invisible attackers. At level 6 the Border Legion can no longer be flanked.

Constitution bonus: Due to the intensive training that a Border Legion goes through, he gets a +2 bonus to Constitution.

Damage Reduction (as the Barbarian ability in the PHB): The Border Legion gains the amazing ability to shrug off some damage. At level 5 he subtracts two points from every time he takes damage. At level ten this is increased to four.

Improved Endurance: This works as the Endurance feat except the bonus is now +6.

Looking at it somemore, he has like way to many powerful abilities, pretty much all the good ones from several classes, it's too strong.
I'd say cut like 3 powers at least and bring the DR way down.

Well, it's the same DR of a dwarven defender. The Endurance and Improved Endurance are rather weak abilities. Dual strike is only useful if someone else has it also.

But I can see your point. I'll lose Improved Expertise and Oppurtunist. THose are the two abiliites that least fit. THanks.

Edit: I also spread out the abilities so they aren't clumbed at the begging.

DR still way too high. Dwarven Defender is easily defeated if you waste him with a reach weapon (if he has none) or sit with a bow 15 ft away (if he has one). Well ok, it still takes some time.

Bah I think I better shut up, I don't like Pr Classes and will stop ranting at them.

You're allowed to rant and you're points are valid, even if you are prejudice against prestige classes :)

The DRs can easily be lowered. I never thought about that with the DD's DR. But DD can move they just lose their Defensive Stance bonuses. So, I'll lower the DR some and see how it looks.
