Practiced Spellcaster + Dragons

It seems to me that the worst aspect of a Dragon's mighty sorcery is how weak its caster level is for its CR.

Dragons also have a LOT of HD for their CR.

So... consider, if you will, the joy of a Dragon with a few applications of the Practiced Spellcaster feat.

Consider an Adult Red Dragon, CR 15, caster level 7, and 22 HD. That's quite a gulf... any spell he cast (with caster level 7) could be blown away like so much dust by any 15th level spellcaster, but with three applications of Practiced Spellcaster, suddenly he's caster level 19 and not only can his buffs withstand many PC dispel attempts, but he can use Dispel Magic to take out some PC buffs (without feeling like he wasted an action).

Feats don't stack with themselves unless they specifically state that they do. That's why you can't take Dodge multiple times.

Practiced Spellcaster only gives a +4 caster level increase, no matter how many times you take it.
