Does it function like a projectile weapon or a thrown weapon? Does he get 1.5x Str to damage if he's using a two-handed weapon with Distant Strike?
Ki Strike - Rename it. It's the same name, but a different effect, to the Monk ability Ki Strike. Confusing.
Prerequisites - All martial weapons? I don't know if I've ever seen that as a prerequisite before. Why can't the class be taken by someone who's proficient with quarterstaff, shortsword, shortspear, but not battleaxe and heavy lance?
Distant Strike (Su): I've reworked it completely.
Well, the class is really supposed to be a fighting type, albeit on the boundary between fighters and monks. One of the signature abilities of the fighting classes is proficiency with all martial weapons.
