Distant Strike - Does the "Does not threaten an area" last until his next action? Or can he still make AoOs after he's finished his attack?

Does it function like a projectile weapon or a thrown weapon? Does he get 1.5x Str to damage if he's using a two-handed weapon with Distant Strike?

Ki Strike - Rename it. It's the same name, but a different effect, to the Monk ability Ki Strike. Confusing.

Prerequisites - All martial weapons? I don't know if I've ever seen that as a prerequisite before. Why can't the class be taken by someone who's proficient with quarterstaff, shortsword, shortspear, but not battleaxe and heavy lance?

I've reworked it completely:

Distant Strike (Su): ... When using this ability, the cloud warrior can use the attack or full attack action to strike a single foe up to 30 feet away with melee weapon(s). His attacks are treated as melee attacks. The cloud warrior cannot make attacks of opportunity for the rest of the round in which he uses Distant Strike. This is a supernatural ability that can be used up to three times per day.

Ki Strike - Rename it. It's the same name, but a different effect, to the Monk ability Ki Strike. Confusing.

Imbued attack? Enchanted strike? Suggestions welcome.

Well, the class is really supposed to be a fighting type, albeit on the boundary between fighters and monks. One of the signature abilities of the fighting classes is proficiency with all martial weapons. Also, rapiers, longswords, bastard swords (katanas) and all sorts of other funky weapons feature prominently in the genre, so it's not unreasonable to say that you must know your way around weapons. Within reason, anyway.

It's a lot less ambiguous now :)

Um... Mighty Fists? Magic Fang? :)

Fair enough. I could just see a Monk/Rogue going for it... but they'd need a Fighter (/Ranger/Barbarian/Paladin/PrC) level to qualify.
