Now this is just getting silly. One would think that even a texan could come up with something better to do. Heck, my state is half as interesting and I am.

Disclaimer: I love my state and the state of Texas. In no way was this an insult to either of our lovely states. I'd never insult Ohio because it my home, and I'd never insult Texas cause the people there have guns and like to use them.

Um...whatever. It's the same House Rule crap either way you look at it. Kinda sounds like meeting a prereq for, oh, I don't know, a PrC? If you use this house rule, how could you tell someone that you could "bank" before meeting the prereqs for the feat, but not for anything else? I'm not a fan of "banking" because the house rule is totally full of holes.

Actually, no it isn't.

You get the feats for character level every three levels regardless of what class you pick. It does not depend on any of the class features, and you are picking it when you get the level. No 'banking' involved.



Any idea where I can find this breakdown of the specific order that all steps must be taken in when gaining a level? It doesn't appear to be in the PHB.
