Hah! I didn't mean I would try and sell it, I'd just do it for myself, PDF it, and maybe use it as my own campaign document going forward.Flynn said:You won't be the only one. I've heard a number of people make that observation. I imagine that it will be the first one to market that really makes or breaks it, so to speak. The others may come off as simply imitators, unless their implementation is significantly better than the first one out of the gate.
Of course, the official WOTC release of D20 Modern 2.0 using the 4E engine will likely come out a year or so after the 4E release, so your window of opportunity is good if you get it out soon enough.
Be ready to act fast, and good luck,

For now!"

I don't know. I hear OSRIC supplements are doing quite well. Just because supplements aren't being produced for something doesn't mean that there is no market for it. I suspect that if a company specialized in 3.x supplements and ignored 4.0, they might make a decent living.Whizbang Dustyboots said:The only difference between 1E, 2E and 3E in this regard is time, sorry.
Go back and look at some archived threads. This very prediction was made about 2E and, well, we know how that one turned out.
