That would warm the cockles of my heart. But, the realistic side of me thinks that there just isn't a whole lot of meat on that bone anymore. Forgotten Realms has picked that carcass pretty clean. And, I get the sense that there is some resistance among Greyhawk fans to adding newer material - things like Tieflings and Dragonborn and whatnot. I mean, looking at the material in the DMG, while it's great, it does show a decidedly ... conservative approach to the setting.
