D&D 5E Psionicist class ideas based on the Psi Die from Tasha's

Just looked at Tasha's for a refresher of comparative abilities and they completely altered how Psi Dice work...

Yeah. Personally, I liked the psi die a lot. They did a nice job flavoring psychic surges and burnout. I was sad to see them go.

But as I said, apparently all of reddit hated them a great deal.

It's just that's how I'm doing them, here... Which is not how they're doing them for other stuff. So it fails to unify. And now I'm sad.
