Psionics: PsiCombat Att/Def modes -> Manifestations?

Hello! I though I read in this forum quite a while ago (like Eric's site) that someone had converted all the Psionic Attack and Defense Modes to semi-equivalent Powers. Does anyone remember that or know where I can find something similar?

I'm trying to do away entirely with PsiCombat but like the idea a Mind Flayer could still Mind Blast away by using it as a power manifestation rather than a Psionic Attack.

If not I'll certainly sit down and do it myself, but I was hoping someone could point out where I could save myself some time

Well...

since no one seems to be able to point me in the right direction I may end up doing it myself.

From what I remember the power point costs for each attack and defense mode were the same. That is, since Mind Blast costs 9 PP, which is the same as manifesting a 5th level power, Mind Blast was converted to a 5th level power. The others were similarly converted. This would make each "attack power" a standard action I would guess. I wonder if that means the defense powers should be free actions so they can be used as defense without readying an action to defend. Ugh. This is going to take quite a bit of thought.
