Nope. DR that can stack will expressly state it can.

No, as Frank says. Instead, use the best one that applies. Versus anything other than adamantine weapons, use DR 5/adamantine. Versus adamantine weapons, use DR 3/-.

But note that the monster will have DR 5 until somebody hits it with an adamantine weapon, at which time it will only have DR 3.
