Pathfinder 1E Question about Dying, slow, staggered.

There are four characters. A,B,C,D

Ini for each character is 17,15,13,11

Then D is staggered, C is Slowed, A is dying. in B's turn.

B use heal to A, A is now consious. A can take his turn? if he can, his ini is 17? or 15(later than B) or reroll?

Next, C casts haste to himself. Haste conter slow. Than can he take move action?

Finally, D uses lay on hands(mercy:staggerd) to himself as swift action. than can he take full-round action?

I think they could cut down those conditions: I mean, slightly nauseated.

If A is healed (with HP above 0), he can act at his initiative (so 17).

C can take a move action if he removes the slowed condition during his turn. The same thing applies to D and Staggered.

A gets to act when his turn comes around again, but doesn't get an extra turn just because he wakes up.
