I have a friend who swears by the fact that there was an Ash Dragon in 1st or 2nd Edition D&D and that its strength was compareable to a Gold dragon, or Howling Dragon...Has anyone seen this creature before, and if so where...
The request is I would really like to see stats for an Ash dragon, and if any extremely kind hearted soul felt like writing the stats up I would be very very happy...
The only few things I know is that like the red dragon the prefer to live in fire laden environments, though the Ash is more prone to live in a volcanic dome. And that their breath weapon is a cloud of incindiary ash (relatively like a Pyroclastic flow), And yes I do know about the Pyroclastic dragon, which some how didn't measure up for him...
Anyway I would really like to throw one at him in the next campaign that I am going to run, I have tried doing it myself and failed horibly
