Hi, first time posting, hoping this is the right place:
I have a thematical dilemma where as a tabaxi paladin I am creating is taken in by a temple of bahamut and gets on the path that way. The way I envision him fits the oath of the ancients, but is it too far from bahamut's virtues to pass? If so, is it lore-accurate to be a member of the temple of bahamut and pray to him as the "top" deity, but swear the oath to Io or some other more fitting deity(Draconic deities is the thing here)?
Id like to add that the character would not be a champion of nature, but would take the tenants a bit more literally and be a freedom loving, beaty appreciating, laughing upholder of justice and a fierce defender of the good hearted. Thanks for your time!
