Anyone know how to create new sets, every time I try it won't save them. I am starting to get annoyed with it.

Making datasets
First recommendation is to check out the yahoo fan site, where many datsets are created and maintained.
I could give you the speel about how datasets are created, but you may already know most of it, and be simply getting stuck on a particular point.
Feel free to e-mail me ( luke_jones@roleplayingmaster.com ) and tell me what stage you're at, and where you're stuck.
There's also my forum boards, which has a "How do I..." forum for exactly such questions.
