Questions about Permenancy

Ok, I am a cleric/sorceror, and I would like to get tounges set with permenancy. How would I do this? It looks like I can cast tounges on myself, then, can I use a scroll to cast permenancy? Or, can I cast tounges on myself, and then have a mage cast permenancy on me? How the spell reads, it seems like the former would work, but not the latter. Thanks for any help!

AFAIK, both spells must come from the same caster. So, you need a scroll.
