Questions: Lance, Cavalier, Charge, & Spirited Charge ??

Spirited Charge is a requirement for taking the Cavalier prestige class. The Cavalier's Deadly Charge ability states that it replaces Spirited Charge. Pretty much all the paths to acquiring Deadly Charge require taking Spirited Charge first.

I used to need a calculator to figure out how much damage my charging centaur barbarian did. Usually before I got done calculating, the DM would just sigh and tip the mini over.
