Being the nerd that I am, I like stuff quantitatively...
Though I would add a recommendation that when looking at results, you don't just consider total/average responses per question, but as time moves on you note the trend in category per person.
I.e. Suppose player a and b always vote as a 7 on contribution impact, but one day one goes to a 5 while the other goes to a 9. Clearly something happened that session that changed dramatically for your players that you should at least be aware of, but you wouldn't notice if just watching the trend in average since the average wouldn't have changed.... Yet it'd give good insight into I divdual play style as to what was different to see what one players play style really liked while the other players play style really didn't.

I'd take such a thing personally after a while so it wouldn't work for me but I'm always curious about it regardless so it is nice to see others doing it
