An easy one:

Can you use quick draw to change weapons before making an attack of opportunity?

No, you can only make free actions during your turn.

Except for the few that specifically state you can do them outside of your turn (like talking).

But, yes, this is the rule and you should not be able to change weapons prior to making an AoO.

This is the same rule that prevents a creature from using improved grab when an AoO hits.
