Quick question about Pike Hedge effect damage

I have an eladrin warlord with 17 strength, the Eladrin Soldier feat, and a +1 greatspear. Once he's used the Pike Hedge power, what's the damage of the secondary effect? Is it just 3 damage from Str, or does the weapon keyword add +1 for the enhancement and/or +2 for the feat?

Ok. For bonus points, how do you arrive at that conclusion?

Because the Eladrin Soldier feat and a magic item's enhancement bonus (and many other damage bonuses) specify damage rolls. You aren't rolling the damage from the Pike Hedge effect; it's just strength modifier.
