Quickened Spell and Full Attack Action??

Hello everyone !

Today a Wizard casted a "Quickened True Strike" in the middle of a Full Attack action.
To make it clearer (BAB > 5 so it allowed two Attacks on a Full Attack)

1st Attack + Full BAB
Quickened True Strike
2nd Attack + Full Bab - 5 + 20

Can it be done?
we searched through the rules after the game was over and could not find anything...

I have to admit it was a great maneuver (he was Power Attacking and very low on HP) so that's why I allowed it and told him I would check it out for the next time.

Yes, you can cast a quickened spell in the middle of a full attack.

What's the problem? Eldritch Knights do it all the time for these pesky low BAB iteratives
