I don't know if they're slavers but don't aboleths have hordes of humans to turn into skum? Maybe they get them by kidnapping or maybe it's from dealing with slavers.

I'm confused then, because the neogi are in lords of madness as psionic.

I also always forget the name 'neogi' usually calling them Tso...

Is there maybe a conflict or overlap in terms? Where are they from originally, I only know them from LoM and planescapse/planewalker.

Also, drow are slavers, but neogi are UBER slavers. They make the illithids, aboleths, and drow look like chumps in comparison.

Do quori count as slavers?

Tso were 2e creatures; there's not a 3e update of them AFAIK. In 2e, neogi weren't psionic.

Maybe it's well enough to use neogi, Tso being an alternate planar name or clan.
