Races of Faerun feat question

I'm not going to tell you the feat, because that would be illegal, but I'll give you the gist.

Whenever you cast spells that either summon or contact things from other planes (there's a specific list of spells), you get some bonuses, because you are known to the entities you're contacting. However, you do have to be an outsider to take this feat (most logically a tiefling).

I already know that part, but thanks. I need the game mechanics (not flavor text), which are wholly derived from the SRD, which is OGL, so somebody please give me the stats so I can make my own version of the feat. I see other game companies do this all the time; they just change the name and flavor text and voila! It's a new feat. I'm trying to save myself a trip back to the store to write it down on a notepad. I'll buy RoF later when I have $30; right now I just need that one feat.

I appreciate you wanting to help WoTC out, but rude answers like "go buy it like everybody else" creates more piracy than it solves.

What you're requesting is piracy. Unless the feat is designated Open Content, which you can guarantee it isn't, since it's a WOTC/FR product, by definition none of it -- not title, not mechanics, not flavor text -- is free for reproduction in any form.

A company can designate portions of their product Open Content (e.g., mechanics but not product identity names), in which case you could do what you're suggesting, but I guarantee that is not the case with this product.

Sure did. They appear to want me to download it from kazaa instead of helping me out. I'm not saying I will, but they sure make it appear attractive. I see people helping each other out with little bits of official information like this all the time on these boards. It falls under fair use laws, IMO. How is it different from going to the store and writing it down yourself? Or going over to a friend's house or calling him up and getting the information? This is stupid, vindictive and ridiculous. You can't copyright game mechanics, only patent them.
