Races of Faerun feat question

Yeah, well, how many people can make use of an outsider only feat? I'm thinking a feat like this is appropriate for a conjuration specialist wizard as well, especially if he or his family are well-known to lower planar powers over the years through various bargainings, pacts and favors. Conjuration specialists need more stuff to boost their uniqueness, IMO.

SS was made so that people can play outsiders and other things. Plus, since there seem to be so many gensai and other plane touched races in the realms I imagine a lot of characters can take this.

Got 306 a few days back. Has some redemtyion and temptation rules (basically alignment shifting stuff), new templates for different PC races, some new devils and demons, new combat options....
