Races of Faerun feat question

Sure thing Crothian. Thanks for coming to my aid in this needlessly heated debate. :)

I wonder if it would be okay to swap out the first power for arcane casters in exchange for:

1. You cast all summon monster spells with the evil descriptor at +1 caster level.

Too powerful? Does anybody else think it's weird that this feat is so differently structured than most feats? Giving three benefits instead of one? Although, most of them would not be used that often, so maybe that explains it.

Well, my advice worked, but then IC had to get all legal grey-area-y and post it. So new subject, smetzger style, to make this legit:

That is a really powerful feat. Dang. So is it overpowered?

It grants you the ability to limit break the planer binding spells by 2, when the only other way to do that iirc (granted, its by 4) is the Cosmic Descrier EPIC PRC.

It grants you a +2 to spellcaster level of certain things. Almost comparable in power to the domain abilities that grant +1 to a somewhat broader range of spells (Evil, Good, Cures)

A limited spell focus on binding spells

hmmm....

PS: Cool feat, altohugh possibly overpowered. The posting of this feat actually increased my desire to buy RoF

Well, those spells of number 1 are all divination type spells. Now, if you wanted to cast arcane divination spells at +1 caster level, that would be cool.

But I guess SM spells would work okay as well.

Okay, if we change it to this, is it cool?

1. Pick one benefit: You cast divination spells at +2 caster level, summon monster spells with the evil descriptor at +1 caster level, or you gain the ability to rebuke outsiders of the same alignment as you at one half your character level.

You're supposed to be an outsider. That's it. However, I think the prerequisite should be:

Evil alignment and one of the following: Outsider, Conjuration Specialist Wizard or Cleric with access to either the Evil or Summoning domain.
